What ChartsQuest is

ChartsQuest is a digital educational platform that teaches chart-reading skills. It is not a broker, dealer, financial advisor, or signals provider. Nothing on the platform is financial advice, financial recommendations, legal advice, or legal recommendations. Trading and investing involve substantial risk, including the possible loss of capital. You are solely responsible for your decisions.

Eligibility

You must be at least 16 years old, and at the age of majority in your jurisdiction, to create an account. Where local law requires a higher age, that higher age applies.

Your account

You agree to provide accurate information, to keep your sign-in credentials secure, and to use ChartsQuest only for your own personal, lawful learning. Don’t share your account with others. Don’t attempt to bypass access controls.

Free access

All ChartsQuest learning content is provided free of charge to registered users. We do not sell subscriptions or one-time passes. We may change the scope of free content or introduce optional paid features in the future; if we do, we will update these Terms first.

Account deletion and recovery

You may request account deletion at any time from your Account page. Deletion enters a 20-day recovery window, during which you can cancel. After 20 days, personal profile data, learning progress, and preferences are permanently deleted or anonymized, subject to legal and security retention requirements described in the Privacy Policy.

Content ownership and licensing

ChartsQuest content — including lessons, articles, scenarios, and code — is owned by ChartsQuest or its licensors. You receive a personal, non-transferable licence to use the content for learning. You may not republish, resell, scrape, or systematically download the content for redistribution.

AI-assisted content

Some ChartsQuest content may be created, edited, or accelerated with the assistance of AI tools. We make reasonable efforts to keep content accurate. Errors may occur unintentionally — please verify before acting on anything you read.

Disclaimer of warranties

The platform is provided "as is," without warranties of any kind. We do not warrant that the platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or fit for any particular trading or investment purpose.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent allowed by law, ChartsQuest and its operators are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including trading losses, arising from your use of the platform. Because the platform is provided free of charge, our aggregate liability for direct damages is limited to the maximum extent permitted by applicable law.

Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. If changes are material, we will surface them in-product. Continued use after a posted change constitutes acceptance.
